★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More one day without hot water in this condo. I just called First Service Residential and they were very rude and not helpful with my issue. Nobody should go throw something like that. There is so much noise coming from the ventilation system that is really hard to have a good night of sleep.
I don't recommend any lease terms in this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fair the place is well located, no noise from inside or outside during the night especially, the pool well kept, a good gym, etc. It's the landlords you have to be careful these days. In my case the landlord was late to return the deposit saying we caused a hole to get bigger in a couch in the living room that was old and worn out and was already mended with duct tape in this particular area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low rating because the only problems have been with the management. They seem to not be able to properly address issues that arise. Seems they have 100 different things going on and all of witch is unfinished. So why create more issues? No reason, slow morning. Cool get the pool done and fix the garbage shoot, man.
