The team at Panorama was amazing. This was very difficult for us and we were treated with respect and dignity. We did not feel pressured or hurried in any way. I felt that their pricing was very fair and reasonable... That last thing you want at a time like this is to feel like you are being taken advantage of monetarily. I highly recommend these folks.

Always puts your pet first. From infancy onward they will be there ensuring your little one gets the care it needs without breaking the bank.

N	Nicole Delaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent close to 8 months at a very popular vet in West Kelowna, only to be left with still no answers, an increasing amount of vet bills (to the tune of 4000+), constant returning appts, and a very unhappy dog because his issues weren't being fixed. We made the jump to Dr. Jessica Wales and HAPPILY drive from West Kelowna to see her. In our first 45 minute visit we had a diagnosis, answers, options, and a plan of attack. She is an incredible vet, and my dog is a completely different dog now thanks to her knowledge, honesty and expertise. We will never go anywhere else and will continue to drive from West Kelowna to Lake Country to see her as needed.

I have never felt more sure of a medical professional for my animal than Dr. Jessica Wales. I have seen other members of their lovely team of doctors as well and they were also amazing. I have been coming to this place for 2ish years after going through 5 different vets and specialists in the Okanagan. I've spent upwards of 15k on vet bills due to my shiloh shepherd's back issues over the last 5 years and this is the only place I will continue to spend money at. I TRUST this place which is a massive thing to be able to say. Dr. Wales is an all-in-one veterinarian and I can't thank her enough for being who she is. More vets should aspire to be as outstanding as Dr. Wales. We love & appreciate you guys! Mozart & Steph
