★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful clinic. Loved how much they cared for my pet and how comfortable she was to be there. Staff was very friendly, and clinic had a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for both pets and their families. Would definitely recommend them.

They take the time to answer all questions. We are truly lucky to have them in Kelowna and my family is forever grateful for this clinic and all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so grateful to Dr. Bauer and her team. Our senior dog Belle was a cataract patient at this clinic, and she was in such great hands.
At the consultation, Dr. Bauer explained the whole procedure, patiently answered all our questions, and was very compassionate and understanding about our concerns (and was very kind when the inevitable tears started!).
The TLC for Belle continued on surgery day, as well as the follow-up appointments and after care. We ended up unexpectedly moving out of the region after her surgery, and Dr. Bauer and Sydney continued to be available to help us get settled with a new clinic.
This is a team that cares about animals - and their people! <3
