We had a chiropractor appointment for our dog a week after she was hit by a car, and after being to 2 other clinics in the city, there is absolutely no comparison to the level of service, knowledge and compassion shown by the techs here. Our normally nervous terrier mutt was practically drooling while she was worked on! We look forward to the next appointments and am very happy to support this pet hospital!

In May of 2021, we brought home Walter, a lovely little German Shepherd that has had us at the vet for vaccinations, weigh-ins, eye infections, nail clippings, calcium deposits, drop-ins to buy treats. We are there a LOT! To say Walter loves Pandosy Veterinary is an understatement. The staff are exceptional. They treat your pet like they are family. YOU can put your trust and pet in their excellent care. We do.

They made sure they called me lots throughout the day updating me how he was doing, and they also called the first few days after his surgery checking in on him. They really care about your pets and ensure they have the best care. I am super cautious where I take my pets and I have to say this has been our best experience in kelowna and we have checked out quite a few.. very grateful for the care and service.

I love having holistic options when it comes to my animals health! I was able to be with my dogs throughout the entire visit which I loved. A lot of time was spent interacting with my dogs and explaining every step to me. Everyone there was highly professional and kind. I will not take my dogs anywhere else moving forward. Thank-you so much for the level of care you provide. Both of my dogs made themselves at home and were lounging on the bench with me while the Vet did the examination and administered vaccinations. My dog is extremely nervous and often needs to be carried into the vet (she is 65lbs) and they make the environment very welcoming! She had to get dental surgery and the entire staff took very good care of her. They were thorough with her aftercare instructions and have been more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. Very happy with the care we have received here and we are happy to call them our new clinic!
V	Vanessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long overdue, I’ve been coming here for a few years with my diabetic cat who is now nearly 16 and in good health, and everything about this place is excellent. The vet is the best, the receptionists/assistants/vet techs are friendly and helpful and quick to respond, and the pricing isn’t more expensive than an average vet. Zero complaints, they take their time with you and the whole company is very well run.

I rescued a dog last year and she is incredibly anxious and fearful and all of the staff were so patient and calm with her which made the experience for me and her way better than I anticipated. I had been avoiding the vet for a while but I’ll definitely be going more regularly now. She was able to give them both a check up, their updated vaccination and had many suggestions to help with my new rescue’s anxiety. Thanks again!

I decided to book my cat here for a general health check and vaccines as I like their holistic and conventional approach. I’m so pleased with our experience! The vet and staff who helped us were very all helpful and answered all of the questions I had. My cat doesn’t fuss or fight with vets in the first place, but I’m still so happy with how nicely he was handled. I didn’t feel like we were being rushed away after everything was done and questions were asked, like I have experienced at other clinics. Gus and I will definitely making Pandosy Vet our regular clinic!
