★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To say the staff and customer service here is amazing is an understatement. I have been into this store so many times for reasons big and small. From finding a food my puppy will eat (which by the way if you buy it and they stop liking it at any point they will take it back) or medical supplies for my dog after an incident at the dog park the staff was always more than willing to go the extra mile! They offer a purchase program for food, when you buy so many you get a bag free, and have items you just don't find at other pet stores. If you have a pet and have never been to this store, load them up and bring them in, the staff will be excited to see them, and your pet will be too!
