★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have worked with Mark Gidden a few times in the past years when purchasing and selling homes and have been pleased every time. At one point we purchased an empty lot, and Mark assisted us with excellent recommendations on a home designer and contractors to work with to build a unique and beautiful home. Our most recent engagement with Mark was to assist in the purchase of a home for my parents. With the current Covid situation, everything is different this year, but once again Mark was fantastic to work with and made sure my parents found just the right place. I would definitely work with Mark again in the future, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the Kelowna area.

He showed us many condos before we found the perfect one in our price range, and he was very helpful and explained the whole process to us, answering all our many questions. He then recommended a great mortgage broker to help with our financing. He was with us every step of the way, even bringing us a beautiful gift basket on our move-in day! The whole process was fun and seamless - a great experience. We would totally use Mark Gidden again and will recommend him to our friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with many real estate brokers but Mark has gone way beyond what I would consider normal to help his clients. We had a fairly unique situation through COVID 19 and I was not able to personally inspect or be present for the home purchase transaction. Moreover, the home required many repairs and alterations prior to being move-in ready. Mark Gidden took care of every need we could imagine including all normal real estate transaction functions, recommending and contracting with qualified trades to complete the work as well as scheduling the various tradesmen to complete the work. He is very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares for his clients. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mark to anyone who wants a great experience buying or selling a home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark Gidden is the ultimate professional. Today’s real estate market moves incredibly quickly, and Mark knows how to stay one step ahead. After selling my old home while downsizing for retirement, I had just five weeks to move out. The day after the sale, Mark took me to visit several potential properties. I chose one and Mark immediately submitted an offer that was well under asking price. It was accepted the same day, which means I had found a new home about 24 hours after selling my old one! Then, thanks to his contacts in the mortgage broker, legal and moving company fields, I was able to organize financing, complete the purchase and move into my new home just five weeks later. Without his knowledge, experience, and attention to detail I may not have been able to meet the tight deadlines and could be renting right now. I particularly appreciated Mark’s communication skills. He responded to calls night and day. And he regularly took the time to check in and ask the right questions to help me sort through my own thoughts and real estate priorities. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark Gidden helped me buy my first home over 10 years ago.
He has the perfect strategy to sell my house and we just sold it for way more then asking price, more then double what I thought was best case scenario.
Then he helped me buy a new place in this crazy market.
He made the transition from selling my home to buying the new so easy. I was able to move in to the new place and hand over the keys to the old the next day so I didn't need to rent a place or get a storage space and move twice, super smooth.
No stress what so ever and couldn't be more happy.
