He had to spend several days at the clinic.They were in contact with me several times daily and spent a lot of time explaining what they needed to do and how best to keep him healthy to prevent future flare ups for his medical condition. The level of reassurance was stellar! Big thanks to them!

Called into Fairfield, explained the situation to the receptionist and she told us she could get our dog looked at immediately. Throughout the examination process of our dog they called us multiple times to update us, and keep our minds at ease. The staff at Fairfield made a very uncomfortable situation bearable, they did a truly amazing job. If ever you have an emergency with your animal do not hesitate to take them to Fairfield as you will be in great hands!
T	True Love on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long overdue review, but the customer service is extremely bad. We were referred in partnership by another local vet for our dog's surgery. It seems like everyone is just rushing around and everything is mumble jumble because they do not give you that one-on-one experience like they care about you and your pet. Our vet tech, Paytyn was extremely rude and lacked empathy. The receptionists were also not that polite on the phone either. Definitely not a positive experience and I would not take any of our pets back there.

I have an elderly pug that was very high risk for anaesthesia and had a bladder blockage via a stone..they did the operation and saved my pug..I can't thank them enough for their care as well as how they worked with me and so very kind. Amazing on every level. ❤️ Thank you to the Vets and Techs and reception for putting up with my update calls 10 stars ?
A	Allison Ribaux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Fairfield was heartbreaking, as one of the pups in our litter of 6 had to be rushed in for care and sadly didn't make it. However, everyone at the clinic, from reception to the vet techs to the vet were absolutely amazing. Empathetic, professional and they let me know all of the options - while allowing me to make decisions without pressure or judgment. The sympathy card sent a week later to my home really touched me and meant alot. Thank you
D	Digs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to rush our 13 year old puppy to the hospital late one evening. I had called ahead and they asked a few questions and recommended that we come immediately. Unfortunately our little girl didn't make it to emergency and passed on before we could have her seen by a vet and we were both blaming ourselves. The staff members were so good with us, and fair. They allowed us the time to spend the final moments with our puppy without at all being rushed out. We also had them make the arrangements for the private cremation and they called us 5 days later to let us know that she was ready to be picked up in the special cremation box with a hand signed card from all of the staff and our girl's paw prints & some hair that we had requested. I know that this animal hospital is very busy and likely they deal with many frantic people on a daily basis, but I wanted to send out a special thank you that they treated my wife and I with kindness during an incredibly difficult time. Thank you so much.
S	SportsRoyal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not even 18 yet and this clinic was horribly treating my mother and I by only worrying about the bills when my just barely a year old puppy went in as he fell ill. They kept saying new things were wrong wrong him and they didn't have hope the longer he stayed. When we visited him full of tears, we were talking about more treating snd one of the techs literally told us well we got rent to pay and people with prt insurance can't afford much for their pet. And even trying to talk to the doctor about my very critical puppy was so hard, they may us feel like my poor baby wasn't important than the other patients there. They talked us into exploration surgey and that racked our bank, only for my baby ro get more ill. I sadly and very heart broken had to make the call as a 17 year old girl to let them euthanize my puppy as he was going to end up suffering death. I still have huge feelings that they were making him sicker especially since he only got worse the longer he was there. I'm never taking my animals here again. Rest in Peace Tucker baby

I was able to get updates at any time of day, and they also took photos of my Mr Xiao when I wasn't able to see him. My emails were also answered in a very timely manner, which was greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend Fairfield! Thank you to everyone who was involved in my Mr Xiao's care. You are all Rockstars!
