E	Emil Tarka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not able comment on the doctor's competency. The reception staff of this organization is misinformed, closed minded and arrogant. I was told that I could not bring my puppy into the vet's office. When I asked why, I was told "because of COVID". When I asked for specific reasons I was given the same answer, it felt like speaking to an automated machine. A few day later I received an email stating grossly inaccurate information about the COVID virus (they spoke about increasing cases when in reality they have been decreasing). I politely pointed out that the vet's clinic is spreading misinformation, they resounded within a few hours and requested that I take my puppy somewhere else, which I will gladly do.

Two times in a row now, I’ve called way in advance to order my dog’s pills and when I come in to pickup they are never ready. You’d think there’d be an apology while I waited 15 minutes for the pills…

The ethic of care held by the entire staff at MCAH is nothing short of exceptional. They've been with us every step of the way, through kittenhood to end-of-life, in offering our cats the most enriched and comfortable quality of life possible. My puppy LOVES coming to the clinic because he is consistently treated with kindness and consent-based care. Everyone here is incredibly generous with their time, expertise, and their hearts. Endless appreciation and gratitude to all the folks here for their dedication and hard work - we're so lucky to have you in our community!

I have the upmost confidence with Dr. McCarthy as he has diagnosed and successfully treated my two female Maltipoos with their allergies, spaying, and dental issues. I feel he is very genuine and cares about the animals! The Vet Assistants are knowledgeable and thorough explaining procedures and after care. I feel confident that my dogs are being properly cared for. The front end staff is friendly, professional and competent. I would highly recommend Mission Creek Animals Hospital to anyone looking for the care of their beloved pets!
