Associates at this store are amazing! Special shout out to Rebecca, who helped save my Mother's Day by answering my call, helping to make the right selection, and ensuring I would be able to get my purchase within hours that same day! When I got to the store, she provided the utmost customer service in helping to ensure the bracelets were the right size. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you!

Good service. It's one of those "very personal type" of shopping on the list. You know your loved one likes it if not you, therefore it's of immense value.

I was shopping with my son at Scarborough Town Centre in Scarborough Ontario. He wanted to purchase his mom a gift at Pandora. We were confronted by an employee and asked my 13 year old son wear a mask. I politely responded that he has a medical exemption. She still refused so I asked to speak to a manager. 2 ladies finally approached claiming to both be managers which I found out after was a lie. One of the "supposed managers" suggested I leave my son outside while I shop. I was beside myself that she felt more comfortable leaving a child unattended and separated from his parent in a busy mall. The mere idea leaving my son by himself because they refused to let him in boiled my blood. I asked this "manager" will you take responsibility if anything happens to him while I'm inside shopping and he's outside by himself? She didn't seem to get it, obviously not a parent herself, she kept insisting on leaving him outside. At this point a "third manager" appeared and tried to diffuse the situation but eventually they refused my son entry. I was absolutely disgusted by the display of ignorance by these people that believe to be above the law and all a scientist explaining that basically their masks don't work unless his was on ?. And yet a food court filled with people mask less just moments away, if you claim to be a scientist as she actually did, then explain the science there. I was not only disgusted but embarrassed and disappointed that my son and many other children are subject to this kind of discrimination.

Jessica a representative at Pandora at Scarborough Town Centre is an amazing person. She helped me find a necklace for my friend’s birthday. Jessica was very helpful because I’m very clueless when it comes to girl jewelry and recommended many types such as necklace, rings. I felt so happy because I was very confused about what too choose. Not only that she gave me advice as well, on how to properly take care of the jewelry. I highly recommend her. The store was very tidy, as well.

I was very unhappy with the service of one of the employees. I went on a Monday evening of January 10, 2022 and I forgot to get her name but I went to get a replacement charm and I specifically wanted the one I had. She said they do not have it and it was discontinued. I asked her if they are able to replace it with something similar and she had no intention of helping me in any way that she could. She said no she cannot. I asked I understand that it is discontinued but is it stock anywhere else and she did not want to help me look for and she gave me a bunch of excuses like how they are a franchise and not associated with many stores. I was like not many stores but you are still associated with a few and I had to like force her to look at where else the charm might be and she gave me a list of stores that were so far and told me to call myself. I called one and they had it but no way I was going to make it after work on a weekday. I call the one at shops at don mills and the girl there said it was not there but it was not discontinued and she can place a special order for me after checking with her manager. She called me back a few minutes after store hours and told me they put a special order in for that charm for me. I understand it is a franchise but the employee at Scarborough Town Centre location was not even willing to help me like I had to force information out her and as she is working in customer service, the customer should feel they did whatever they can to help and I definitely did not feel like she did. I asked her if she was sure there wasn't one in the store and she definitely wasn't sure but she said no there isn't and she did not even bother asking one of her colleagues to help her. Being located in one of the cities biggest malls, the customer service of this employee was not at all acceptable.
