★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this place and his wife or woman sitting there chiming in - is despicable. No respect or professionalism. I regret spending a dollar at this place. I bought a chain for my son, a pendant to go on it and a pair of stud earrings. The chain broke the second day, I called and informed him and asked to bring it in. He tells me I must pay to get it fixed and if I want to return it I’ll only be getting back $785ish when I paid over $1500. The pair of earring came with a screw backing, one of them did not fit. He said I have to pay 20 dollars for a new backing. Horrible place to buy anything from! If I could rate them zero stars I would.
