★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mail has the essentials, but not too many stores for the amount of space it takes up.
It's only one main floor, and a couple of stores on the lower level.
Good for grocery shopping, home improvement/decor shopping, basic clothes shopping. Not good for high quality brands shopping or any kind of sports shopping.

The food court is small, the stores here are all just yucky dirty off-brands, the biggest draw is a grocery store and a warehouse outlet that is a big almost empty room full of broken ghetto trash. Really not worth it to come here.. THERE'S ONE BATHROOM! IN THE WHOLE THING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my iphone 13 in this mall and need the lost & found to provide me a document to prove they didn't receive any iphone 13 recently. Please NOTE, I am not asking them to help me prove I lost my phone in this mall (so they weren't responsible for my lost) , I just need a statement to say they didn't have any lost iphone. This is important to me because I am claiming my insurance.
After illustrating my situation, the supervisor in the lost & found just told me they can't do it and hang up my call!
I won't be there anymore :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cedarbrae Mall 3495 Lawrence Ave East is one of the big shopping mall in Scarborough area located at the corner Markham Road and Lawrence Avenue East . Total floor area is 548,000 sq ft(50,911 m sq) Total stores are approximately 60 +. There are all sorts of shops here. No frills is one of very big shops all the food items are available here. Good Life is fitnesses centre.Canadian Tire is one of the very big Canadian chain store. In Canadian Tire all sorts of hardware, plumbing , paint, electronics, Crockery and motor parts are available, besides these govt office is also available. There are 02 banks are also here e.g CIBC banking service centre and BMO ( Bank of Montreal ) A very big parking approximately 2000 cars can be parked at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this mall is not even a mall. the stores are small. the owners of these stores barely speak english. management is tacky. mall is never cleaned. the washrooms are so disgusting its hard to breathe. food court is extremly small and terrible choices. roaches, mice, bugs... birds.. this mall cant be worse. when walmart was still in the mall maybe it had potenial but even that can't save it. everyone is grumpy and the demographics of this place is a shame. "locals" basically sleep in the food court. wont be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great mall with diverse stores and items. I have been here few times. I have visited winners, ardene, no frills, service Ontario, and stitches. Clothing stores have a variety of dresses at affordable prices. Service Ontario is quite busy. Thank you:)
