★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a great food critic and someone who has worked in customer service before. I feel the customer service reflects poorly on this business. As I am not greeted with nice smiles and a welcome instead I am greeted with people who give me deathstares that look miserable with their lives. Not only do I feel very anxious every time I go here but I feel the employees hate me whenever I walk in and this is why this business is doing poorly. Please hire more welcoming employees. If you dislike your job work another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This week we eat at kfc in the mall with my family . The food was cold and the staff was horrible. When my son went for a refill he was ignored and only when I got up did he get looked after and I received a dirty look for my effort. Kfc really needs to take a hard look at the location ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 8 pieces of chicken for $20. I watched the lady scrutinized every piece of chicken as she put in the bucket. When I got home and open the bucket I was shocked to see each piece of chicken was cut in half almost the size of a table spoon. So really I got 4 pieces cut into 8. You guys should be ashamed of your selves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a single Chicken Sandwich. Front cash register (name: Mimbi appears on the receipt - I assume that's her name!) was very nice by asking me if I want regular or spicy flavor, and if need any more add on or drink. Delicious taste on sandwich.
I gave only 4-star because I haven't had a chance to check the cleanliness of the washroom. 4 full star is not only for the nice & clean atmosphere but a nice service.
p.s. I arrived there around 430pm during weeknight and I was the only customer by then; surely it might packed during rush hour and weekends / holidays.
Plus, it's a tiny plaza with limited parking area shared with Tim Hortons', KFC, Pizza Hut and M&M. So, drive slow and be safe. (As mentioned above, it's almost 80% parking spot is filled even before 5pm during weeknights.)
