★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT shop at J'adore, the owner is very rude and over charge customers. I went there and purchase a top cost $35.00 which comes to $39.55 with tax. When I got home I realised the top was a bit too tight at the sleeve so I returned it. They have a no refund policy and you can olny return 7days after purchase. So I was forced to take something else. I picked up 1 high waist jeans $29.99 and 1 cardigan top at $15.00. He still charged me $16.95. When I got home I called him and he made all sorts of excuses saying the top was $20 but he charged me $15. But you know what it's OK. It's my fault because I had promised myself never to shop there again after he was so rude to me when I went there once before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place and shop here regularly. The manager and staff are always really helpful and they always have a great selection and for a good price. I can’t wait to go back and get some new summer dresses when lockdown finally lifts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only does the manager bully his employees, but he flat out lies to and aggressively insults his costumers. Says we are all “garbage” He revealed his true colors to my wife and I over what would have been a simple $25.00 good faith exchange he should honored his word for. Oddly he believes he’s better than everyone, but if you meet him you’ll see he has no grounds to back this claim. Avoid this greedy hole in the wall establishment. Patronize stores that’ll appreciate you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager has no customer service skills, is very arrogant and even discriminating (might low key be racist) base on the rude and judgmental comments he made to myself and my friend. Saw some lovely outfits I would have love to purchase but because of the terrible and disgusting service I recieved when I last shopped there, won't be going back. P.S. The 1 star is for the clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't even able to look comfortably as the owner was following us around for the full 5 mins we were there. Prices are okay but not worth it when you can't return or try on. He literally wouldn't let us look on our own. Seems like no changes have been made even after Covid when they need the money! Don't bother.

This store is actually my sister’s first choice because i bought my graduation gown here and the service never changed at all. I will highly recommend people to come and shop here. -Preggy lady
