★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Exhaust Fan is good but beware of the installation cost.
When you ask how much for the installation, they will ask you where you live, then the price around $200-$250. Then they will tell you it depends on your unique circumstance and you need to consult the installation guy to assess your place to determine actual cost.
When the 3rd party installer comes. He will ask you that you need a stainless steel plate to cover the back of the wall. The charge is $200 for the stainless steel plate (30" x 15"). The installation of the stainless steel plate is $60 which is simply to apply silicon. Then charge you $25 to recycle your old fan. If you want to keep your old fan, he will charge you $30 for a fan cable! He will charge you $25 for the flexible duct as he said the old one wont fit 100%. Then he will said the old fan holes won't secure the new fan well, 2 years later and the fan might fall down! In order to secure the fan better, he will screw 2 screws on each side of the fan to make a better installation, $50. Then the installation of the fan is $160!
Recommend to find other installer or get a firm price before purchase the fan.
