I’ve had the stove for a couple months now and everything works great! Recently my landlord asked me for a receipt for reimbursement so I called Garry back (2 months after my purchase) and he was happy to write something up for me as I didn’t ask for one at the time of purchase. What a great experience! ?? two thumbs up

The unusual issue could not be fixed but we received a full refund. This company is honest and they offer great customer service.

He guessed that it might be the lid switch and walked me through a relatively easy bypass rewire which worked perfectly. Great that they didn’t just play the “sorry it’s out of warranty” card.

That tech told us the motor was dead and that it was either $650 to replace or that we should just buy a new unit. We got a refurbished unit from Vancity and when they arrived for delivery, they insisted that they take another look at it. Vancity was able to have our washer up and running in about 30 mins and charged us a very good price. Great service.

The team were still VERY helpful to find a solution and exceed our expectations. Very responsive, kind, and goes beyond for customer service.

The delivery was done on the same day by an equally nice and professional guy. ALL IN ALL an excellent experience, prices are good and I will be back again when i need a new/used appliance for SURE!!

Delivery was smooth and they offer a warranty on their products even if they are used. I have bought from another place down the road and the service is not so good, the machine wasn’t great and they didn’t offer a warranty. If buying used try these guys out. Don’t confuse them for the place down the road. They service and their delivery staff is amazing the dryer vent was not in good shape they called and said they will leave it unhooked for us to get it fixed last time. Other people would just install and leave. They have been friendly and honest with us.

He was kind and very approachable -- he instantly knew what I wanted. I love my new Kitchen Aid electric range. The delivery was done by Ray and Johnny -- again, both did a great job. No issues with the delivery, very easy-going and friendly people. It was quick, fast and efficient. I do appreciate the tips that these two have told me in terms of cleaning the range. Much appreciated!! It was a pleasure dealing business with the team! Will definitely buy again. I recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen. They have a great selection and the service was exceptional. I will be coming back to buy a washer/dryer next time :)
