V	Vance Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Online, SAMSUNG washer and dryer, instant emails to confirm where items where. Dryer was shipped from Edmonton, requested specific day for delivery. I was told 12-5 for delivery, they came at 10am, not disappointed, but I was not ready. Spoke to delivery team and they mention this happens all the time. Please address this and let clients know, it could be any time from 8-5. Beautiful NEW washer and dryer delivered and delivery team removed old appliances with no issues. However, we purchased on Black Friday for a great sale, then 4 days later Coast advertises 1 year supply of laundry detergent with same purchase. We are a little upset we couldn't get that deal on Black Friday, no price change. Overall, I will continue to but from Coast, as I want ALL SAMSUNG in my home.
J	John Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese (John Hsu) salesman made very good recommendation on the quality of my Kitchenaid refrigerator. I compared it to the other refrigerator that were available. I have received a very good deal on this refrigerator. The delivery was prompt and timely.
L	Love Our World on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my husband to the store to enquire an appliance information, the sales who had sales excellence on his business card did not seem professional at all. Very impatient and not sincere, we stayed for less than 10 mins. Very poor impression to the company with such unprofessional staff. We left and went to Best Buy and CAS, opposite to what we experienced at Coast Appliances. Both of the sales representatives were very sincere and friendly. Best Buy did not have what we want and we end up bought our appliance at CAS. The sales lady was very nice and we recommend people to deal with them.

If you're looking for a product with a d i n g or a dent that still is a really good deal these are the go-to people. I've also purchase things without a box, I don't care if they come in a box, I'm going to be recycling the box so I find the price point is excellent. Of course they also sell top of the line first grade Products that come in boxes if that's your thing.

I urgently needed a new fridge. Other places could barely organize to get me anything I wanted within weeks. Coast got it for me in a couple of days. Everything was handled online, with no hitch whatsoever. They even delivered faster than they said they would. The fridge is great. Great care taken at all steps. Special shout out to Melvin who sorted out my order.

We appreciated his level of knowledge and his care for listening to what we are looking for. Good service is a gem. Prices were competitive. Delivery was prompt; the new appliances are in and the old ones are gone. We are very happy with our new fridge and dishwasher. Coast Appliances will be our go-to in future.

We walked into Coast on a Saturday afternoon and we were assisted right away. We were in the store for less than an hour and most of that time was spent on the ordering process. We ordered a range that was not available yet and we anticipated that we were going to wait a few weeks but a few days later we got a call that all of our appliances were ready to go for delivery. Delivery was scheduled very quickly. The delivery men were fantastic! They were professional, kind, and even gave us a head's up to collect some of the items off our old appliances so we wouldn't have to buy new pieces of our new ones. I'm not sure if they're a third party delivery team, but they were great. I would say the only negative is that the delivery charge, haul away and installation costs were a bit higher than other retailers, that's why we opted to do installation ourselves. But the service and delivery was fantastic. No issues so far!
