C	Craig Kachor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are considering doing business with One Stop Appliances do yourself a HUGE favor and DON'T!!!! In my 57 years on this planet I have never encountered a more irresponsible, disorganized, unprofessional and unethical collection of "business people". I was selling my home and needed a good used fridge to replace one that was not working. So I bought what they claimed was a good used fridge in siund working condition. It was delivered and on closer inspection it was not in great condition, it was filthy and it did not work. It took then WEEKS to deal with me and replace it. When they did the replacement was missing critical parts. I was not happy and they promised to make it right. From that point forward it was just delays, excuses and out and out ignoring me. I sold my home and after 3 months they have not made this right. Had I known to read their feedback I would NEVER have done business with them. Do so at your own peril. And don't believe a word they tell you. Promised will NOT be kept. They have no problem taking your money and leaving you hanging. They claim to be a "family" business? Not much of a family in my estimation and not one worth doing business with. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere!!!!

Two times the washing machine had been broken down and we haven't heard back anything from your company. This is what you call a testimony of bad reviews and poor service. You guys promise to come back last year to check out the machine and no one came. Very neglectful.

Bought an $800 fridge from the owner of the company "Peter" He delivered a fridge that not only had a damaged panel, door seals but also a siliconed water supply hose. It damaged my floors and water was also all over my living room and into the commercial under my unit. Their warranties for 1month are fake!! Peter has no values for his word. He is a con! He is abusive, irrational, unprofessional and a nightmare to rely on!! Save your time. See pictures of the damage he has done.

He had been dealing with them for over 10 years and only had good things to say. I am so glad that I took his advice! I have purchased 4 different appliances from here at different times over the last year (a dryer, washer, stove and fridge) and must say that every single time they delivered a great product at a superior value. The owner, Peter, is a stand out guy and works around the clock to ensure that each promise is delivered upon. And he ensures that his staff follow through with the same attitude. As a business owner myself I felt a responsibility to recommend such wonderful service and a fantastically run business. I will definitely continue to recommend and do business with One Stop Appliance for years to come.
