Recently had to deal with Sohan S*****. He incorrectly repaired a stove, creating a fire hazard, and was bending microwave and toaster oven plugs to fit the dirty broken outlet he replaced. When asked to stop, he became argumentative and explained he fought in the military and I became physically threatened. Repairs are documented and I am reporting him for the safety of others. Please do not use or endorse this company. They are a hazard, morally faulty, and will cause you stress and financial loss.

They are OK at what they do, but service is inconsistent. I have used them about 5-6 times over the last 10yrs, the service guys are fine... the guy who usually picks up the phone and directs the work can be OK, and can be rude. It may be that they are comfortable with where they are at as a business, but consistent good service should be expected. After 2 recent (last 2 months, for different issues) bad experiences with them, we are using a different company.

Nothing has changed for this service provider based on other reviews on the site. Our freezer went out and three days later all our frozen stuff had to be thrown out as we waited for their service guy to arrive. We were told he would phone - but no phone call, even after the guy answering their phones said the service guy had called and left a message (twice)! The guy on the service desk continues to be extremely rude and unhelpful. We have gone to another service provider (why didn't we do that in the first place!) who was much more prompt and polite. Never will use these people again and would not recommend them to anyone!!

The fellow on the phone was lovely to deal with and they were great about calling to let me know if they found parts and when they could come. Their fellow came to the house and after looking at my machine and testing it out advised that he would not be able to fix it, as it was the electronic, not the mechanical version of that model and parts are no longer made for my machine. He did not charge a service fee or anything, and told me who to call for my particular machine, recommending another company. Now that is what I call excellent customer service!

I phoned the store about a fridge and stove. One of my questions was about the cost of delivery. He refused to give a quote. I told him where I lived, about the building, halls and all other questions he asked. He wouldn't answer my question about the quote. I was only allowed the quote if I came into the store. These are questions customers should be allowed to ask over the phone. He just lost my sale.

Great quality and responsive service. My fridge broke down late in the day and these guys came in first thing the next morning, identified the problem, and replaced the part within hours. They were also very professional in their communications and called for a check-up after the fix was made.

We have used this company before many times for service and even bought new major appliances from here within 6 months and I called to get service on a fridge today and the girl answering the phone was extremely rude, kept cutting me off when I was asking the price for service, and trying to figure out which business name we bought our appliance under because she couldn't search by address or phone number and was pretty much just being impossible and not helpful at all so I hung up and we've decided to go with someone else. I remember her being extremely unhelpful the last time I called too. I'm sure their service people are great but the reception person needs to be replaced or taught more customer service in my opinion and we have dealt with countless appliance companies as we are a property management company.

Good: - prompt response to a phone call - part obtained quickly - technician called in advance to give a heads up - prompt repairs including explanation of the issue Needs improvement: - dispatch communication with customers Overall, this company was the fast to respond to the issue and schedule a technician. I wish dispatch was more customer-friendly
