B	Bob Langford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was driving a school bus at 732 on May 31 2019 heading east on Trans Canada 1 kilometer east of the 97 junction. I was in the right hand lane and signaled to merge left as the passing lane was expiring. A Universal Coach Line bus came up on my left and forced me onto the shoulder. I was driving 90 kmh. Very unprofessional driving!

See attached photos of Universal Coach Lines driver on wrong side of the road, across double yellow dividing lines and a startled bear running off into the woods (and thankfully not running into traffic). Riding my motorcycle through Banff National Park yesterday, I came across a bear jam and slowed down from 90km/h to 50km/h in order to avoid potentially hitting the bear or a tourist who might be more focussed on getting a snapshot than on oncoming traffic. The Universal Coach Lines Driver didn't care as much about the potential for causing an accident and proceeded to cross into the other lane, still travelling at 110km/h in a 90km/h zone. I am very glad that the bear ran away from the road and not onto it, or there very well could have been an accident. I am very glad that the person in the parked truck didn't open their door without checking for traffic (as I was squeezed between the illegally passing bus and the parked vehicles and had no room to evade). This occured just North of Saskatchewan Crossing at around 6pm on May 15 2018, travelling southbound from Jasper to Lake Louise. The bus had BC Licence plate '2036 4P'. Smarten up before you get someone killed Universal Coach Lines.
N	Natalia Miheyeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled to Whistler BC on Friday December 7, 2018, and the bags were supposed to be unloaded at the hotel. My bag was not found anywhere in the hotel, so the staff contacted the company to check if any bugs were left on the bus. 2 days later, still no word from the company, the bus shows up to drive us back to the YVR. And apparently my bag is still there. And the bus driver FORGOT to check. Just shows how nobody cares. I would not trust this transportation company with luggage
T	Theodore Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled with Universal on a family tour across the cities of both Vancouver and Victoria for sightseeing and had a great experience. The coaches were top-notch, clean, on time and the driver was nice. My overall experience was very positive and my kids were delighted to have wifi on the coach during the drive. Will definitely book and travel with them again!

The dispatch I think that was Donald Chui was very helpful too. Price was good also. Couldn't ask for more for a bus company. This is a tier 1 company. I do see bunch of complains for their BC site. Maybe they need improvement on their Vancouver site.

D	Dylan Moreau Robert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and disrespectful bus drivers, refusing to turn the heat on for the passengers on a cold and rainy day. I was also told to sit in the back of the bus even though it was empty. The drivers skill level are questionable at best. Not to mention the very poor condition of the busses, (leaky windows, seat belts not working, vehicles clearly needing maintenance but not receiving any)
