P	Paul Billing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I told the didpstcher that my fridge was low on coolant over the phone and to send R134A out with the tech so he would be able to fix my refridgerator. So a guy shows up takes two screws out of the bottom dust plate and tells me that the refrigerator is clean and like new. Then he tells me he doesn’t know how to repair coolant recharging or in other words he isn’t a refrigerator repair tech. He then tells me the $120 the put on my charge card would be applied to the repair by thier gas guy. He was at my house for two minutes and was gone. The gas guy calls and wants to charge me another $600 to charge a mini refridgerator! I told him that was rediculous and he said i would have to take it up with his boss. His boss never phoned so I emailed him and his response was that the compressor would have to be rebuilt for $1,000, be warned that these guys are scam artists looking for ill informed people to scam. I am out $120.00 for nothing.

Upon arrival he explained exactly what had caused my Whirlpool washer to stop during the spin cycle and showed me the part that needed replacement. He provided a very reasonable quote and - unlike many repair companies - stuck to it. He left his shoes outside the door and cleaned up during and after the service. I finally have a repair service I can count on.

He arrived at the only time that worked for me, which was in the middle of my kids' bedtime. He was extremely accommodating and friendly with my small children. He tried to be as quiet as possible to accommodate the baby that was sleeping in the next room, and spent a long time diagnosing the problem, explaining the solution options, and providing recommendations for next steps. Definitely A+ service! I will be using Ash for all my future appliance repair needs
