Faiza Altaf and Nadine Ramdhanie went way above and beyond what they had to, in order to make sure that we were happy. They offered a much better refinancing than the bank we had our original mortgage with. I would definitely recommend them to handle any of your financial needs. They are top notch professionals.

He also help organize our accounts for improved cash flow. The staff behind the counter usually recognize me right away and call me by name. This a pleasant change from our former big bank where personal service was non existent. I have recommended this branch to some of my coworkers already.

The branch manager has obviously set the customer service bar very high and all the staff have consistently exceeded expectations in every way. Everyone is friendly, courteous, compassionate and professional in their everyday dealings with clients. We have been customers for many years and this level of service is not common in the industry. As far as we are concerned, the service and support that Pace Credit Union in Etobicoke provides should be the standard for all to aspire to in the financial services sector. More importantly if you have to break the mortgage ( and no one ever plans on doing this but if you do) the fee is a fraction of the other major banks and this alone can save you thousands of dollars!
