Harrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I were recommended Ela from an acquaintance when we were looking as first time home buyers to get into the Mississauga real estate market-- and we were so glad we chose her. Unfortunately, our house search was during the (ongoing) COVID real estate frenzy, but with Ela's help, this didn't prevent us from finding the perfect townhouse in a very short time. Ela was kind, professional, and trustworthy-- we had no doubt that she had our best interests at heart from the first interaction. She listened to what we were looking for, no matter how silly we felt our requests were sometimes, and she offered honest advice and insight. She was available at all hours and always took the time to explain what we didn't understand. She always took the extra steps even after our offer was accepted with such things as reaching out to the condo corporation and provide us with helpful information, following up with lawyers offices, and assisting us during a mini-crisis with our deposit. We felt she was completely devoted to our cause, even with our smaller budget, and felt she reciprocated our excitement as newbies in the process despite her many years of experience. As first time home buyers, we felt it would be hard to trust a realtor but upon meeting Ela, all our concerns evaporated. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my closest friends and family. If we ever found ourselves in need of a realtor again, I can say without a shadow of doubt-- we would not consider anyone else.

Ela was able to answer all our questions and recommended the right mortgage broker to help with our approval. Ela was so patient with us during our house search and was extremely prompt with booking viewings (even some on the same day). Ela was extremely thorough and explained every step of the process so that we could understand everything that was going on. She had been very helpful in finding the right place - starting from getting to know the neighborhood as well as knowing the right places to set up shop. Ela was warm and welcoming and I instantly trusted her. She makes you feel like part of her family. She supported me ever step of the way with the sale of my condo. She is patient, professional, caring and supportive and has such a friendly demeanour. . Her attention to detail is superior.
