★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Broker, Anne Emini is rude and arrogant, and does not listen. She said probate is required. She wanted her lover and lawyer friend to make lots of money. She said the lawyer wanted $9500 + $25,500 = $35,000 plus disbursements to probate. I advised her that probate is not required. She did not want to sell our $1.75 million dollar home. The competition sold our home. I am reporting Ms. Emini to RECO. Do not fall for her expensive and deceptive scams!
