Angie (Johnson) - who makes herself extremely available - despite her busy schedule - Angie's responsive & very knowledgeable, Angie has been a great mentor to me during this very important transaction.
The sense of urgency and team work from The Johnson Team was spectacular, on point, clear & concise and always so reassuring.
Their professional yet friendly attitude made me feel very comfortable dealing with each members of this winning team throughout a very well outlined and followed process concisely documented in a personal handbook, made specifically for you.
This may not seem pertinent to some, but fact Pizza was provided by The Johnson Team (so that we had one less thing to worry about on moving day), was a very nice touch that movers and sellers truly appreciated.
Fast forward to the actual SALE, Condo was posted at 17:00 ET - I received a showing time for 19:00 ET. A verbal was received that evening.
It sold by next day.
This speaks volume.
If you are looking to sell with integrity, then The Johnson Team is definitely your team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Johnson Team, especially Daniel Saracino should be in the dictionary under “customer service”. I should say BEST customer service! From the prompt replies, real estate knowledge, free staging, supportive ways, mass media exposure to the free truck and pizza on moving day, I felt valued and appreciated as a client.
Dan was with me every step of the way, never pushy, he has wonderful calm demeanour, something really necessary when dealing with the crazy real estate market. I know that I will most definitely be using The Johnson Team for my next real estate adventure, that of course if Dan is still part of the group!

She offered outstanding advice and her team was professional, thorough and kept us well informed. We got well over asking - and that is a true reflection of her expertise and knowledge of the market.
Jeff was patient and very knowledgeable with the purchase of my family's home. He carved out time during his family's vacation to "seal the deal". It is these examples of commitment that make this Johnson team stand out in this industry. Definitely a 10 out of 10 - Highly Recommend!
