Everything about this SPA is perfect - starts with glamorous and cozy interior to nice welcoming reception staff and in inviting comfortable treatment rooms to very professional and knowledgeable therapists and esthetician. This place is nothing but pleasure from the moment you walk in. Highly recommended!

Mamiko is my go to RMT. I don't know what I'd do without her! She knows exactly where the spots are and is so amazing at what she does. Not only that she lets you know how to continue to take care of your body even after the massage.

Veronica was amazing! She took out knots I didn't even know I had. It was the perfect amount of pressure and relaxing. Will definitely be going back.

I came to Body & Soul Massage Therapy for a 45 minute Indian Scalp massage. My therapist was nice, but I was a bit disappointed by the focus on my legs at the end of the treatment. It wasn’t my expectation, I would have booked a regular massage if that was the case. My biggest issue was that I was only given (and charged) for 30 minutes. I suspect it was an oversight of the therapist because she came back to the room to inform me of the change. Unfortunately I left more annoyed than relaxed after my treatment.

DO NOT BOOK at Body & Soul (1 East Mall Cres and 2195A Bloor Street West). They only care about money. I have gotten hundreds of massages in my life and this was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had! I booked a 45-minute massage at Body & Soul. The massage therapist poured too much massage oil on my back, so her hands were just gliding over my back with minimal pressure. When I asked for moderate pressure, she told me that she would have to charge me extra money as that is considered a deep tissue massage. I explained that I don’t want deep pressure, only moderate pressure. I have never been charged extra money for asking for moderate pressure. The massage therapist continued to argue with me about the pressure for another 15 minutes, at which point, I ended the session because it was so frustrating when it should have been relaxing. I offered to pay for the 15 minutes, which I thought was generous of me considering how terrible the service was. When I changed back into my clothes and went to the front desk, the receptionists were even more rude. They said that there is no price for moderate pressure, so anything beyond a very light pressure, they would charge more money. I was not informed of this when I booked the session. As well, every other massage therapist I’ve been to tries to accommodate the client’s request for their desired pressure – without charging more money for it. The receptionists also tried to charge me for a 45 minute session, even though the service was so unsatisfactory and the session only lasted for 15 minutes. In addition, Body & Soul takes down the client’s credit card information when booking the session. After the session was over, I asked the receptionists to delete my credit card information from their system and they refused! It was only after I informed them that it is illegal for them to keep my credit card information without my permission that they grudgingly deleted my information. I asked several times to speak to either the owner or the manager, but was told that neither were available to speak to me. This was despite the massage therapist being on the phone with the owner during that time. The receptionists refused to even give me the manager’s name! All in all, this was – by far – the worst massage service I’ve ever experienced. There are many spas and massage therapy clinics in Toronto; go somewhere else that will provide excellent service.

Lixia and Sharon are amazing! My stress always goes to my neck and they have both helped so much. The massage beds are so comfortable and the sheets are so clean (I've been to places that felt so oily). The clinic is also very clean and professional set up. They're doing a great job at navigating the pandemic and it felt very safe for everyone. Thank you to the Body and Soul team!

My experience was great from the front desk every time I’d call for an appointment. Also admired the cleanliness and tidiness. Tatiana did an amazing massage for me. I love her technique and friendliness. I’m leaving energized and less pain from sciatica and I am feeling refreshed and happy. Thank God for this great team at Body and Soul Massage Therapy.
