★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, this jackass lied about who would be doing the massage. He said it would be a female RMT, but it turns out the only RMT there is him ("Desmond"). Secondly, he didn't even show up for either of the 2 appointments made back to back for my wife & I. I took the day off of work to be stood up. Not even a telephone call or text!
NEVER wasting my time here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to quite a few massages and there have been many disappointments when asking for a deep tissue massage... NOT this place! Amazing. My RMT was Desmond and he was extremely knowledgable and precise in eliminating the knots and problem areas I detailed. If you want someone who knows his stuff-this is the guy and this is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with a knot in my back that tightens up every time I'm under stress. Other massage therapy clinics were able to relieve my pain for a day to 4 days at most. After visiting north western I was pain free for a month. Fantastic massage therapists!

Top notch amazing massage really needed it for my neck, upper back and shoulders. Felt 100 times better once Desmond finished doing what he does best.. Hes very passionate and loves what he does and is great at it. Highly recommend Desmond for your RMT ( registered massage therapist) .see you in a month Desmond.
