It doesn't matter what the problem is...he fixes it. I've also bought many computers from him, he only sells top shelf products. He's an expert at his craft. I should have posted this years ago. He deals with big companies and little guys like me. All my Windows 7 PC's are coming to the end of their life, but he's upgrading them all to Windows 10.... so I'm surfing the net again. I highly recommend this man. EDIT: November 12, 2020 My business switched from Bell to Rogers high speed. Rogers tech's couldn't figure out why our printers didn't work. I emailed Rahim - 30 minutes later he's in my store, all computers printers fixed in 10 minutes. Saturday November 21, 2020 I texted him my 2 home printers stopped working on my windows 10 PC. He texted me he'll be here in 2 hours (on a Saturday!), he did - fixed the issues then did some updates and tweaks. This is the best guy in the region for computers, support your small business. I recommend him 1000%.

I have purchased computers there plus attachments. Recently my relatively new Acer laptop crashed after a Win 10 upgrade. I had to complete a presentation by Tuesday. I left a phone message and completed the contact portion of the website begging for help! Rahim returned my message within an hour and met me at PC Depot 15 minutes after that. He also fixed my issue and I was able to finish my presentation. I've had my laptop serviced at PC Depot prior to that and it has always been the same great service. I truly cannot say enough good things about PC Depot. Best place I've ever used!
