We brought our Singer embroidery machine in for service and their technician inspected the machine but found a timing issue that required special tools and procedures right from Singer. They referred us to someone that could repair it and charged us nothing for the inspection. Would highly recommend and we will return for other business in the future!

The fabric is very good and strong not like Lens Mills fabric. My wife loves going there cause she knows she is going to get a good deal n good prices . We both will be returning. I had called many businesses to assist with my new to me Industrial Serger with no luck, I even had a local tech to my house twice. I was at my wits end with having it work properly. So I decided to call one more place, I called Dancing Stitches.... Henry took the time and walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone & it freaking works. Henry thank you so much - This world needs more selfless people like yourself.

The gentleman working took a quick once over of it, removed a blockage, and plugged it back in to ensure it ran smoothly. I offered to pay, even just for a moment of his time, but he kindly declined. So, allow me to provide a glowing review instead :) I will definitely return to purchase any items I may need on my sewing journey!

While chatting with Sue the owner, I mentioned it was my birthday and what a wonderful way to spend the morning. While Sue was cutting my fabric, all 21 of them I was taken on a walk around the gift shop they were setting up. What a beautiful selection of fabrics, gadgets and gifts. Thank you Sue for my birthday gift of Best Press Starch Alternative. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
