★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Minuteman Press in Cambridge is one of the most professional I have ever dealt with. We had a rush order for a product catalogue to go to a trade show and they were able to meet our deadline. The quality of the printing was excellent and pricing was very competitive.
They understand what service and quality is all about. We now use them exclusively for our print needs and highly recommend them.

They did not return my e-mail asking for information about quotes for a print job. They were quite rude on the phone when I made specific requests for a certain type of paper. They booked a same-day appointment with me as they are not open on the weekends, and I left work early to be able to meet with the sales associate. I was not greeted when I came in the door.
I came in to review the options as discussed over the phone, and they were not ready for me nor did they have a quote prepared as discussed. They told me to come back on Monday.
I do not recommend this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although my work was completed, i have to comment on the kind of customer service that i received. The woman at the front ( will not mention the name for privacy - not wearing a mask) i walked in, got one letter of her name wrong, although i had said it with a smile, wanting to thank her for her work - gave me such attitude i chose to keep the compliment to myself. A simple smile and correction could have sufficed but the way she spoke to me i will not be visiting this location again. It is a shame that you can walk into an organization happy, and leave feeling like you would have rather taken your business elsewhere.
