Please hire more pleasant staff. You think you have hard work, so are we because we are trying to find right fabric or deal with covid rules too. Have some patience and fun please.

And the patterns that were available were very good! The staff was friendly and very helpful with what I was after. The only downside were the prices.

We felt very disrespected and not welcome shopping there and it was NOT the first time. Every time we visit we always get rudely stared at as if were thieves. Staffs tone of voice is extremely rude as well. I recommend the Stratford Fabricland over this one in Kitchener, the staff at the Fabricland in Stratford is very kind welcoming and helpful unlike the staff at the Fabricland in Kitchener. Personally I think they have a problem with people of colour since there is no diversity in their staff, just racist elder caucasian women. Absolutely do not recommend shopping here especially if you are POC!
S	Stacy Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad the items were discounted with what I bought. The lady miscalculated on how much I'd need for outdoor fabric by a lot! They didn't make it easy for picking out patterns hiding them behind a desk-had to go online and tell them what I would want, which is hard when you're a newbie at dress making. The ladies were a mix of grumpy and happy and way too strict with 6 feet rules when we were all wearing masks. Was I suppose to throw the fabric at her to measure? But I enjoyed what I bought and am having fun creating:)
T	Tj C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely cold and rude customer service rep who cut my fabric today. From the moment she saw me, she was just watching me as I was just looking at fabric around her table. I think she is likely a racist. I was being kind to her and she was rude in return for no reason. It was a horrible experience. I went to the Brampton location a few weeks ago and the person there too was also cold. If you employee staff like this, I won't be shopping at Fabricland anymore and I buy a lot of fabric.

They also treated us differently than other customers. I truly believe there was racial discrimination. Honestly, the location would benefit from some diversity and younger staff.
T	Tina H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found what we were looking for here. The sales were great. When we visited, most fabrics were 50-75 percent off. The shelves and displays were well maintained. Items were well organized and easy to find. Staffs were nice. Service was slow but reasonable for a fabric store. I love how they use the paper and pen system for when you buy fabric. Their cash register was also old-style technology - I hear clicking of number keys, machine rolling, paper, staples... The whole process of having our fabric cut and cashing out was so therapeutically soothing, I personally don't mind if they served us even slower.
