★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on Monday to get my son a hair cut, they told me I would have to make an appointment. So I made one for 4 o'clock on Friday. Show up on Friday for the appointment. The lady from Monday neglected to write my name down. That's fine in these difficult times I'm sure someone will accept our patronage.

There were different ladies today First she waited me there for long time and then was charging me more than they usually do. She was saying it’s company policy and all where was the company policy before. And if they were charging me less before it wasn’t my fault. Very unprofessional customer service. Don’t want to see that lady again.
