They’ve also provided me with sound advice to help me keep these bikes in working order, and to keep me safe on the local roads. I can’t recommend them enough.

I can’t say enough good things about Niko and the rest of Outspokin. Great to have such a good business on Salt Spring Island and I wish I’d bought my bike from THEM! Don’t hesitate to do business with them, they’re good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my brand new ebike was stolen in Vancouver, I was on a desperate search to replace it with the exact same model. I called around to numerous stores and Outspokin had 1 left! Sean was extremely generous with his time and met me at the arrivals area at the Nanaimo ferry terminal. I was able to get the ferry over, get the bike from him and take the next ferry back. Thank you again Sean!

He made picking up my bike easy and hassle free. The bike came assembled and provided me with all the information to keep my bike in top top shape this riding season!
