I just wanted to thank you for the great customer service I received. I brought the wheel that I was working on to confirm I was getting the right tool. Your staff helped me with that. After purchasing the tool, another member of your staff actually removed the freewheel for me. I'm sorry, but I don't know their names. Great customer service is not easy to find these days, but your store and staff are fine examples. I will highly recommend you to all my friends. Thanks very much! Leo Mosley

I was riding through Duncan on a bike trip in June of 2021 when my chain snapped - I was able to fix it with a roadside hack, but wanted to pick up a spare just in case. Thankfully, Cycle Therapy had the correct chain size I needed (10 Speed) AND a spare quick-link to fasten it, which was a blessing given the current parts shortage. Their pricing was also very generous, which was much appreciated given my situation. I ended up having quite a lengthy discussion with some of the staff about my bike, my trip, and my route. They were incredibly knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed talking with them. They also gave me some pointers to make my journey a little easier, which ended up proving rather useful. Super super impressed, especially given that I was clearly travelling through and just buying a cheap part (i.e. not a likely repeat customer). I'm genuinely considering rerouting my next trip through Duncan just so I can come here again.

Good on-hand selection and short wait times for things they need to order in. We purchased a helmet, kids bike, and accessories, and have a bike on order.
