★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When My wife went to the store it happened to be a day it was closed, despite this she was invited in and helped. The owner(?) was extremely helpful and found the part she was looking for. Not only was he lovely to deal with, he was also knowledgeable and extremely generous. Highly recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased e-bikes at Experience Cycle a year and a half ago for myself and my wife. Great service, always friendly staff! The bikes are excellent and we are cycling more than we ever have.
The after sales service is second to none! We have had a couple of warranty issues that were resolved promptly.
Bruce was a great help to us in finding a solution to allow my wife sit more upright on her bike.
Definitely recommend Experience Cycle and will shop here again!
