Rollin’ has been heavily involved in Thunder Bay’s cycling community for nearly 20 years, with several employees currently serving on the local bike clubs’ executive boards and trail committee. If you find yourself at a trail-build day, mountain bike race, gravel ride, or just out enjoying the trails, odds are you’ll run into some Rollin’ staff out there too.
We believe that while we are a business, we also exist to constantly help improve the bike and ski scenes in the city; by supporting BlackSheep and TBCC events, fundraising for grassroots ski clubs, or getting involved with ski and board rail jams, we hope to grow the interest in the sports we know and love and encourage a healthy, active lifestyle that takes advantage of the natural beauty in our region and beyond.

The service was great and he was able to help me making the right choice for our needs. I would go back there anytime. They have a great selection of Ride snowboards and a great selection of bikes. Lots of fat bikes for the winter season as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great knowledgeable and service conscious staff! We just got into TBay on week 2 of our vacation, and planned on hitting the trails at Trowbridge all weekend. Saturday morning had some issues with shifting and needed some parts, figured we may be out of luck getting it fixed on the Saturday of a long weekend. I explained my situation and problems and they had the parts and installed them while I waited. The mechanics were busy and backed up, but he squeezed me in so I could enjoy the trails. He also shared info about some other trail systems further west of Tbay. Great bike shop! Fuelled by passionate cyclists.

No matter what you're looking for you'll find awesome service and sick gear. A prime example of a store going above and beyond to keep their customers happy during these tough times.

They go above and beyond too - i had purchased a Yakima Ridgeback 5 and they insisted on assembling it at no charge. That kind of service is rare in Thunder Bay. Also, prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommend Rollin'!
