I am an avid cyclist but I don't know much about BMX bikes. If I take the plunge this is where I will go for great sales, service and advice.

Didn't have my size in a frame I wanted so I sent them an email asking if there was anything they could do. My boy brad found my size and colour in the warehouse and added it to the site for me to order! Great response time and service!

The initial review was accurate but harsh. I hastily submitted after yet another frustrating attempt to gain information regarding a bicycle purchase. The lack of knowledge and professionalism in today's retail world is deplorable.
My experience with this retailer started with unanswered/slowly answered emails( during Covid...) then an unorthodox/unprofessional phone conversation. I was at the end of my rope and ended the call. My initial review was then submitted.
Emails were eventually answered and a lengthy attempt to rectify the situation was made. To no avail.
To summarize my experience... rude phone conversation and complete lack of knowledge of the advertised product I was interested in. I will not be contacting or recommending this retailer. Unless you are "LOCAL", I would suggest the same for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my son a new BMX there. Trevor was VERY helpful and patient with all our questions. My son loves his bike. He even sold his gaming computer to help pay for it! It was a no-brainer WIN-WIN! Will definetly shop at 3Ride again in the future. We live in Ladner and it was worth the drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edited: After having significant delays on a frame I ordered before Christmas, I posted a 2 star review. I got a direct phone call to sort out the issue with my frame and Michelle personally took care of the problem, dropping a new frame off at UPS for me which arrived the next day. Even though I had problems earlier, my faith has been restored in 3Ride, by their attention to customer service. Still wish they had a BC store, tho.
