They DO offer FULL-SERVE and are very nice people so if you know that going in then pick these guys. They don't show their price from the street so I don't like that you drive-in and make assumptions that their prices are in line - feels "tricky" to me. But again, they are helpful with tourism info

Before stopping in we needed to fill up my tank with some gas as I was nearing empty. We asked the gas attendant to put in 25 dollars to our surprise we saw the price amount at 60 dollars. Okay. Fine will get over that. Maybe he just didn’t hear us...... We get not even 3 minutes down the road and my car starts to putter. We pull over and I shut my car off. We grab a bite to eat. Coming back from dinner my car doesn’t start. We think that’s weird but call a tow truck to come grab my car and will deal with it Monday. Mechanic calls me Monday and diesel was in my fuel tank not gasoline. AWESOME! Not only did they not listen to how much I wanted in my car they put the complete wrong fuel in it. My boyfriend and I called the gas station and told them they have to pay (of course) that we won’t be footing this bill. Came and picked up my car with 600 of damages later and dropped the bill off at the gas station. Not even an inch of an apology from the owner. To be honest they seemed bothered that we were even there! How dare we! To top it off they wanted to write us a cheque and drop off the payment to the mechanic ourselves. HA! The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced! DO NOT GET YOUR GAS HERE!!!! The new owners are horrible.
r	rejeanne mckechnie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight was the worst customer service experience I have ever had on Salt Spring. I will get my propane at the Co-op, or off-island from now on. The gas station attendant told me three times that I can get my tanks filled somewhere else, and that if I didn’t like waiting, maybe I should try working at Ganges Gas. I left crying and shaking. This is the first time I got fuel from them since they renovated. I hope I never have to go back.
