★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a dump, even worse shape then it was years ago before it became flying J
Most of the pumps are broken 90% of the time, the only cashier on duty outside smoking, parking lot is like a minefield... save yourself the 30 minutes wasted in line before you discover once again the pump is broken, and take your $1000 worth of business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent inventory, clean place (for a Flying J) but lacks service once you buy something regardless if it works or not they won't help you. For this alone, customer service would be ranked 2 stars so an average of 3 stars is what they will recieve for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is so nice and respectful , as my truck got broke down they offered me free coffee . This is best truck stop for fueling and to get rest . Just be careful in winter while parking coz of black ice sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People seem to forget about the employees, this team works so hard to keep this store open for drivers. Sometimes running very short staffed, with a 2 person team overseeing garbages, store and showers.
Drivers seem to forget the little people who have been here for them the entire time. The ones that do this for them, the ones who care and support them.
Broken pumps are frustrating, but who keeps breaking them? Sometimes getting them fixed is out of their hands, waiting for parts and waiting for technicians.
These people DO care and they work hard trying to keep things running smoothly but it gets hard when you don’t get the support back in return. Please be kind and remember who has always been here for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like this truckstop but for at least 2 months now there are only 3 lines out of 6 working what’s making a fuelstop a real nightmare. Was waiting in a line for a pump for 27 min. Line up of trucks already on the hwy but pilot fj doesn’t care. Lines messy, garbage overfilled with bags on the ground. Leaking fuel hose on top of all above.
