I love the option to have the bike serviced at home, as well as being able to take it to the shop. After some bad experiences in the dwindling motorcycle service market in Toronto, finding him was a godsend. Highly recommended.

He answered all questions I posed with clear, comprehensible answers. He was very straightforward with all outcomes possible for me to choose amongst with respects to the benefit for my bike and cost to my wallet. The experience there left me feeling that he was an advocate for his customer, and not his cash register. He was an exceptional service provider, and I am hopeful more clients can experience the quality of service I did, with their own motorcycle. I sincerely believe any following customers will relate the same experiences. Truly, the otomoto motorcycle mechanic seemed capable and a man of integrity.
B	Bilaal M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the pleasure to deal with Sergio. What a gentleman! I was in the market for an exhaust for my motorcycle and came across Otomoto. I was very indecisive on what to get. It probably took me 2 weeks just to decide what I was going to get. So, I was really bugging Sergio for 2 weeks non stop to be honest. But Sergio never lost patience. He always took his time to answer all my questions and sometimes we would also talk on the phone so that everything would be clear for me. Kudos to him for dealing with someone annoying like myself. In the end I ended up ordering a Yoshimura exhaust and it came right on time like promised. His prices were also excellent. In conclusion, the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back and will send more people his way. I wish him nothing but the best! Thank you Sergio and the Otomoto team

What amazed me was the owner rang me after few days to check if everything was ok. I been going to big names in the past but Otomoto is my new fav motorcycle mechanic in the 6ix. There is even a cafe next to the garage for people to chill.
