We contacted Otto's and they sent in an estimator within a week or so of our request. The estimator was very knowledgeable and kind. We reached an agreement, made a deposit and had a contractor come in about two weeks later and do a PHENOMENAL job in a day. The steps look phenomenal and we are getting compliments from our neighbors. Most importantly, they are safe. A lovely lady stopped by our place to pick up the cheque, and that was it. Highly recommended! My only piece of advice to anyone doing renovations such as this, is to make sure that you and the estimator are on the same page. We had a bit of a miscommunication which caused some confusion. But, we sorted things out. Otto's, please do your best to make sure that your clients understand EXACTLY what they are paying for. Providing images in the estimate would have been very helpful.

The foundation was reparged around the house and it fixed the old crumbling eyesore. Brian was very informative when giving us the quotation. Mario and his partner were very friendly and polite. Otto was responsive to my inquiries and came back the following day when I asked for one aspect to be touched up. The price was competitive too, in comparison to other quotes I received (the concrete was poured along one side of the house).

This time we needed to level the very old patio area in the backyard and, at the same time, to fix the leaking wall in the foundation of the house. Otto and his company addressed all our griefs in full. For one, thanks to the manually dug 10-foot trench, his people discovered and then beautifully repaired a large crack in the foundation. For another one, they completely replaced all layers in the patio area and levelled it properly, at the same time reusing old patio stones and adding bordering pavers. Otto himself was always ready to help but his people knew their craft well. Still, it was very nice to see the owner playing a very important role in the whole process. The whole project took only two and half days! Amazing work and a very high quality . Without any doubt we may recommend Ott's Masonry to customers, they won't be disappointed
