Reminded me of the few months my crew and I worked on the project sub contracted to BLT turning it from a run down seafood restaurant into the vibrant brew house of today. The BLT staff were organised and professional.

They believe that each project is a collaborative team effort including relationships with their clients, consultants and subtrades. They truly believe in partnership. By assembling a strong team early in the project, they build trust, commitment and integrity among the team, working towards a common goal. BLT offers strength and promotion sharing of information and a proactive approach to building. They are passionate about what they do. BLT projects range from renovations to ground-up construction. They manage the process from the early conceptual stages through to the turn over date. they also provide post construction service. Their experienced staff will advise on typical timelines during the design development, during the working drawing stage, through the tendering and pricing phase, and provide detailed scheduling throughout the building process. Working with scheduling requirements from the beginning of a project, this enables them to flag long lead time items or the need to involve specialized consultants. They coordinate the process of obtaining site plan approvals, building permits, and simplify the final occupancy approvals that you'll need for completion. I highly recommend these people!

You will loose because of fees. I highly recommend if you have a small business to stay away from this crooked company! Far away!! Run for the hills, run for your LIFE!! Thanks for destroying small companies during a really tough time!! The owners of this company deserve a Nobel prize!!! (Sarcastic) Sincerely, A REAL concerned customer!!
