We had water in our basement on more than one occasion . Simo and the team always responded as soon as I called . if you've got an emergency they are there fast . They were very professional and cleaned up our problem properly and quickly . I would highly recommend these guys to anyone with water issues in their house .

I own and manage internet company. last week I had a flood in my office, caused by a broken pipe under the kitchen sink. When I arrived in the morning the office was already flooded about 2 inches high. I found these guys in the internet and after few questions on the phone - the emergency van was here and two guys were already extracting water and using special looking machines to dry all the wet walls. 2 hours later we were back to work. these guys even saved me the whole dealing with the insurance. I was literal just had to call them and that's it - they took care of everything else (include vacuuming after ;-). its very rarely that I get to receive such a professional and considerate service. 5.5 stars from me!

I found some black spots on my basement’s ceiling, I read online that black mold can cause serious health issues and I wanted to see if I had a problem. I found this company online and had a meeting set-up. The inspector came on time and did a really thorough inspection- looking very professional with his thermal camera. The inspector explained to me I have mold and what it will take to remove it and gave me a quote. The jobs started the next day- they came with the machine and build a sanitized barrier between the moldy area and the rest of the house. I liked the fact they paid special attention to safety and cleanliness - wearing masks and suits the entire time. I give 5 stars also because their response time was great- from the time I called and set up a meeting to the time the job was finished- super fast with no unnecessary delays.

My tenant noticed that there was mold growing in one of the rooms in my basement apartment. This was devastating to me, of course. It meant that I was going to have to have drywall, baseboards and laminate wood flooring ripped out -- followed by waterproofing (possibly regrading) and then the replacement of the floor and wall materials. The health concerns of mold, the financial concerns of the mold removal and subsequent waterproofing of my house and/or grading of my lot were causing me a lot of anxiety. I was especially concerned about my tenant and how long he'd have to be out of the apartment before he could move back in safely. I needed a company that knew what they were doing, could come in quickly, and explain to me what my options were and suggest a course of action. I have worked with MANY contractors in the past but never had the need to call a mold removal company. Starting from scratch I googled "mold removal toronto" and called up several companies. Toronto Restoration was quick to respond. Simo (I hope I spelled that correctly) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful; I instantly felt at ease with him and confident in his ability to solve the problem as he explained all the steps in the mold removal process: dehumidifiers and sanitation, removal of materials, more sanitation, blowers and filters etc. Over the course of the 4 days that the mold removal process was ongoing, if he was not on site he was always just a call or a text message away. I never felt like I was left hanging. Everyone from Toronto Restoration that came to help out with the cleanup was friendly, pleasant and customer-service oriented. While the work on the apartment was ongoing I noticed some mold in my cold storage room. I told Simo and, again, he instilled such confidence in his ability to fix it that I felt instantly at ease. I have worked with many many contractors and these guys are in my top 10% of friendly, easy-going and easy to work with. I am now in the process of getting the outside wall waterproofed and then will do some grading work. Once I'm convinced that water is no longer entering my house I may very well call up Toronto Restoration to fix the drywall, trim and flooring. - July 2014

I work for a youth organization and we recently experienced a flooding emergency in the home we run our programs out of. The flooding damage also led to us finding mold throughout the basement, and garage areas. I called a few places and found the Toronto Restoration seemed the most professional, they came out right away and provided us with a free assessment. We ended up working with Toronto Restoration, they did an amazing job quickly removing and cleaning out all of the issues we had. They understood our need to get back to program as soon as possible for the youth. Through lab testing they have done for us we also discovered levels of mold all throughout the house, because it is such an old house. We had Toronto restoration remediate the entire house for us, and we could immediately notice the difference in the air quality. it was so much cleaner and better, all of the staff have noticed the difference. Toronto Restoration has helped to make our program safe again, they did an absolutely amazing job, they were so professional and efficient. I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone.
