Went through everything I needed to know with me and made sure I understood the bike as well as the wear in proccess and what to expect. Even did the load in proccess to the back of my truck and made sure I was comfortable with the unload. Can't say enough great things! Pricing was what you expect based off MSRP and they don't mess around trying to oversell you. Will certainly return when I get another bike and would recommend for anyone

It wasn't the closest dealership to me, but I chose to work with them primarily because of Sean Hearty, their #1 salesman! He was knowledgeable, avoided cross and up selling, worked on point, was timely and organized - especially with communication, and generally aas helpful about all aspects motorbike! I did not have the best of experiences with sales guys at other dealerships where they always looked to upsell and cross sell. Sean was point blank direct about motorbikes, whats good and whats not, especially with accessories! I bought a Honda CB500X, and he worked with Finance, with parts and with Honda to get everything needed in place and even went the extra mile to get this done remotely for me. I intend to upgrade in the near future, and will definitely go back to Sean! Looking forward to service appointments at Snow City soon!

Snow City has a lot of stock on newer models (and really nice Kawis) and is really tidy inside. Sean walked me through the process of purchasing my 2021 R3 and it was an easy decision as he is extremely responsive outside of work for any questions or concerns. Sean was very concise and thorough when explaining finer details that made it onto the bill of sale. Upon delivery, Sean made sure I was safe and okay to ride off into the sunset and showed me how to use the bike which was honestly really helpful. That was also my first time riding anything more than 125cc which wasn’t so scary after he spent time going over the basics with me. Thank you so much for the awesome bike and experience, Sean! Felt more like a genuine customer oriented relationship than a salesman's push, which is what I got in some other places I visited. Highly recommend- Great first experiences so far... looking forward to the delivery of my new bike in a few weeks!

Can't say I've experienced a more welcoming and easy to deal with dealership and salesperson. From start to finish, my purchase was as simple as counting to 3. Although I was difficult at times, Sean was sure to steer me in the right direction with a high level of patience. He is and probably will be the only salesperson to continue staying in contact after completing a purchase, even had me text him to make sure both me and my bike made it home safe after leaving the lot.
