Habibiz Shawarma

AMAZING FOOD, been going there for the past 3 days straight, i think i might have to never eat anywhere else!!! Awesome customer service everyone there is super nice (ps. best shawarma spot in scarborough!) picture is their chicken on fries (pss. 2 DIE FOR!)

I WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS !! Ok guys ...habibiz shawarma is a hidden gem !! So I was in this area picking up something from a nearby store and I’m Arabic lol so I love my shawarma. I had never been here before but always wanted to try it. I really don’t know where to start ! AMAZING from start to Finish. I have to start with the owner what an amazing human he is so kind genuine full of positivity treats people so well. If someone like that is cooking your food you know it’s made with love! And oh boy was it ... I ordered the chicken shawarma plate all Salad as i do ketogenic diet and this place is keto friendly too !! and a chicken shawarma for my friend. Everything was so so fresh it smelt and looked fantastic. Portion sizes are huge the price is right the special habibiz sauce is phenomenal!! Then.. I ate and I have tasted many many shawarma in my days and this is by FAR The best the food was spiced properly the chicken was juicy and tender all the toppings were fresh it was really truly the best shawarma But not to mention I was so excited because I saw the owner cooking other items for other people and the steak looks so good in the short ribs look so good so definitely great quality food great portion great prices love love love it here ! Oh and how could I forget this genius idea he puts the pita wrap Shawarma in a cup so it’s so much easier for you to eat if you’re on the go or if you’re walking or driving so you don’t make a big mess everywhere that is a genius idea !! Also For those of you concerned about COVID-19 protocols the place is completely safe there’s hand sanitizer there’s plexiglass everything is clean and done exactly to COVID-19 regulations everyone’s wearing a mask so for those of you that are concerned about any COVID-19 issues this place has it set up properly perfectly and follows all the guidelines In my opinion this whole place is full of love from the owner to the food to the customer service to the cleanliness it’s just amazing as I stated before when someone cooks food with love you’re going to love it and that’s exactly exactly how this places I’ll be coming back today !!

Jheeezz that hit the spot today, this man knows how to serve a mean shawarma. He hooks you up with big portions too. Really nice staff. Wide selection of drinks as well. Gotta give it a try, it'll be your next go to spot.

The only problem here is.... That Google doesn't have a 6th star to give ? This place most definitely has the BEST shawarma. The beef is cooked to perfection without it losing the tenderness or becoming too chewy.

Habibiz shawarama located south of Kennedy from 401 it was my first visit, I suggest they pay attention to their service and workers while serving customers I give them 1 star, plus you definitely don't get your moneys worth of food. but the sheryakh is 5 stars (afghan ice cream) is top notch must try so far the best I have had in the city better than anywhere else. I really wish them well I hope they fix these minor issues to stay successful I will only return for sheryakh.

Yummiest Afghan ice cream (I think it’s called Sheer Yakh—tastes like kulfi) it was soo fresh and delicious with nuts on top. And the uncle that makes it is sooo sweeet ? be sure to tip him at his counter, he’s so nice. Also tried their chicken shawarma & it was delicious ?? So glad we decided to check them out today.

My first time visiting and definitely coming back! I’m not exactly sure what the name of this dish is on the menu (check the pic) but it’s half Habibiz on Sticks and the other half is rice with the various kebabs (chicken, lamb and beef I believe). The meats are all very tender and flavourful - the lamb with bone was just a little on the tougher side. There is also a pita bread under the meats which soaks up all the flavour to also eat with the meats. I would suggest asking for more sauce on the sticks and say yes to hot sauce! The garlic sauce is made in house and really amazing! Also... the whole platter was only $70 and can feed at LEAST 5 people. Warning, you will be very stuffed but happy! On top of everything, the customer service was impeccable! We got a chance to talk to the chef and the owner; definitely a perk of small businesses. I would highly recommend visiting; you won’t be disappointed!!

Good menu. Cozy quiet place in a tucked away spot. Generous portions for the money but the flavour lacks The rice was on point and different in comparison to other spots, veggies were fresh. something was lacking, but it did not stop me from eating. Overall it was a great experience, wife and I would certainly buy from here again
