L	Leonard E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepare to experience chaos in the parking lot if you decide to drop into or exit this Midland Ave location and especially if you choose the drive-thru. There are 3 booths, 8 tables for 2 or 4 customers to sit indoors along with an ornamental fireplace with 4 single couches; a large screen TV hangs here. A drive-thru ordering option is also available. Two staff manned order stations but no self order option exists. Service was friendly and quick including order fulfillment. Plenty of parking during slow times.
J	J Spencer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is great. The drive-thru is a real drive-thru, I didn't have to wait long. lol freshly baked goods and drinks. Very clean and sanitary. Mask are required upon entering.

S	S Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service! - credit to the gentleman who took our order. We dined in and the guy brought us the food. He then took our name and numbers. ( for covid reason) . He was super polite and nice! There were only two tables available for dinning in. The place was pretty clean. I enjoyed my Sunday morning break here.

B	Bryan Angus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This busy Tim''s is just south of Ellesmere on the west side of Midland at the intersection with Midwest Road. The young staff are very friendly, always get my 'Steeped Tea' order right and happily pour it into my vacuum mug. Try to avoid the regular busy times because with 2 entrances the drive thru soon gets backed up, the parking lot jammed with cars coming in off Midland and Midwest at the same time. The staff manage to keep up with the orders in a timely manner, despite serving the uncaring people who decide to use the crowded drive thru at peak times to order dinner for their entire family. I also see staff regularly out picking up all the garbage that once again, uncaring people throw out their windows. I'm giving them 5 stars for coping with such a busy location in such a friendly, patient, professional manner..

Staff followed workflow and reiterated request of customer during ordering, confirmed order verbally by staff at drive through window. Unfortunately, incorrect order was provided to customer and was over charged for item received. As customer paid in cash, no receipt received. Unfortunately cannot rectify issue due to lack of documentation.
