I wanted to replace it they said totally OK but not available now, will get you a new one within a week and call you to take it. Never called, they were just lying to push the sale forward. Not happy especially I paid the full price in Cash, don’t buy from here. Edit; the owner is right, after his response I dropped by and they installed the new box. Rating edited from 1 to 5 stars.
H	H Sousa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They guy Leonard was awesome. However, i just got my bike literally a couple days ago, took it for a ride and it's making all sorts of weird noises. Because of their weird work hour, I can't even drop it off. I paid $250 extra for them to assemble it and they did it wrong. The bike sounds likes it's broken in every place. I'm very upset and don't know when can I bring it back because they're open so late! Who opens at 11:30? Ughhh Update: managed to drop it off right before work and ubered to work, came back to pick it up, noises still there as if nothing had been touched, they literally tightened the brakes of front of me and said oh we forgot the back brakes! THEY HAD IT ALL DAY! after an hour arguing with them, i decided to take it and give it a try for a day, the brakes still squeal. I don't know what to do at this point!
H	Hector Espinosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot stress enough: DO NOT BUY AN EMMO BIKE. I paid 5000 for a bike, since I bought it around 6 months ago it has been failing. I have brought it to the repair center at Spadina, maybe... 5 times. Total amount of time they have kept it maybe... 2 months? Still not working. People at the service shop are highly unprofessional, don't know a thing about what they are doing and will tell you anything for you to go away and get rid of you. DO NOT BUY AN EMMO BIKE, they are not built to withstand anything, and they come with factory errors that the people at the shop are unable to fix and do nothing about it. All i want is to get rid of it as soon as possible and get as much as i can back, i feel like my money went down tje drain and i am 1 step away from filing a consumer complaint due to the negligence of the staff working here. They have lied and lied over and over again just to get rid of me, and my 5000 dollar bike still doesnt work. DO NOT BUY HERE

Chris was a great listener, showed me my options, explained the differences and took the time I needed to answer all my questions. I bought a brand new Hornet X before I left! What a great experience!

I emailed to ask a product availability question and didn't get an answer but simply got back, "We will need to order after it's paid in full. Add $199 for shipping to the Ontario price. We also charge $100 assemble and PDI." Going to keep looking for a company that actually seems to care about their customers. When you are thinking of buying something worth thousands of dollars, you deserve better than this.

These guys are professional and I was looking around the city and this came up and so I looked around their extensive catalogue and so I found the perfect e-bike for me. I was a bit disappointed with the customer service before I went in person, as there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication online when I tried to make the reservation/order for the bike and it seemed like a lot of hoops. So I would recommend going in person for everything. but when I went to go and get the e-bike, they walked me through the whole process and showed me everything I needed to know about the bike. The people there were very friendly too. As for the bike, I really love it! It’s fast, the range exceeded my expectations, It’s comfortable and It’s versatile. Plus it just looks really good. I just love riding it around the city, to get to school or get to work without breaking a sweat. I’ve seen a few other e-bike shops on Google Maps but these guys came out on top and this is probably why.
