★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m forever sorry vet doesn’t listen to concerns of possible toxic ingestion. Vets at Ospika think they know better even though warned several times. I give them a zero for letting my dog suffer before she died of what I explained several times. If you want your animal to die. Take it to Ospika.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This veterinarian clinic is apparently for “existing clients only,” but they will happily serve existing clients with new pets. But new pet owners are apparently expected to allow their pets to languish without care. The receptionists seem to lack any empathy for people with sick animals looking for help.
The fact that they accept new pets from existing clients suggests that they have the capacity to handle more pets and choose to let pets of new clients suffer. I would think a veterinary clinic would be staffed by animal lovers but these people don’t seem to lose any sleep.
Their website also makes no mention of the clinic being exclusive to existing clients.

I I feel comfortable and my pets feel comfortable and it’s very important with the service that the staff give us each and every time we go in there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They loved my little old lady, took her right in and took great care of her. We then had our extra needs daughter bring in her bearded dragon , who past away (her first pet). The ladies where so kind, gentle, and compassionate. I hope picking her up is not as hard as dropping off.

Everyone treated them with care and our appointment went very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ospika Animal hospital has always been there for our boys (two german shephards and a lab mix). They are made to feel as comfortable as possible and are greeted well with many treats. The staff and vets are professional, personal and reliable each time and are quick with any appointments/procedures. We greatly appreciate the service they provide and are glad to have such a wonderful place to take our pups to. Thank you! ?
