Our little puglet was not well and we brought her in and Dr went over all her visits and helped us decide the best care. I don’t remember the day very well but sadly we made the choice for Cali to go over the rainbow bridge. I honestly feel she is in no pain and running around with our little mocha. Staff and Drs were so caring and thoughtful I couldn’t of done this without their guidance and love for animals❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were friendly and were able to accommodate an appointment on short notice for my lab Roofus. The dr. Provided great care and went the extra mile to make sure my dog was looked after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is amazing, they take the time to get to know you & your pet, they remember my pets, are amazing when I need a last min appt for my diabetic dog. Couldn't ask for better care. Thank you Dr.Ng & staff. It means a lot that I never worry about my pets care in your hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel it necessary to voice my heartfelt disapproval for the way our family Pet was treated at this clinic when we had to say goodbye. First of all, he was never happy to see the vet, but this time he was very ill and the vet would not let my husband go with our deer pit to the back to have the IV placed. He just hold and cried the whole time he was back there. The excuse the vet used was due to Covid which is not accurate as we were all wearing masks. This procedure should have been done in the examining room with us present. This treatment was very cruel and showed no compassion. No one should be left with this terrible memory of how your family member was treated. Totally uncaring. May this not happen to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jenner is amazing with my dog Angel. She asks a lot of questions about the habits of the animals, and will answer any questions about the medications given. And all the staff are so friendly and are really good with anxious animals like my dog. Even though I don't live on the westside anymore it's absolutely worth the drive in my opinion to find people that really care about the wellbeing of your pet. And they'll even throw in some toys if your pet has a specific interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. Very caring. 1 st visit v et told me something about our dog we were never told her whole life. She had been going to the same place for 12 years. This was very important and that place never mentioned it .
Also the price was very reasonable
I would give more than 5 stars

My dogs can feel it too, no problems going in .
They have taken us in quickly, and efficiently.
Super clean.
My dog had an operation, the after care was super. Calls from the surgeon and vet afterwards to ensure my dog was doing well.
They sure made us feel important!!
