I expected her to explain to me what my options are but I was the one telling her. I ended up frustrated and walked away. It felt like because I was looking for the cheapest one that she just didn’t make anything to make the deal .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Tissot 80 PRX from this store. Very satisfied with the purchase. Initially had sizing issues, came back in the next day to get it refitted. Mark alerted me that the initial sizing had removed too many links on one side. After about 5 mins Mark had my watch with a perfect fit.
Very satisfied with the service provided and the watch purchase. Would shop here again, thank you Mark!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store in search of a new Omega watch but unfortunately I couldn't find what I wanted but I did meet someone who is helping me with all of these inquiries. I actually have forgotten her name but she was an excellent customer service rep and if I'm in the market to buy a new omega this is a store I would do it at especially when you consider how much these items are worth. In any case check it out you might find something there that suits your fancy.

Special thanks to Norm who looks after all of my in-store Omega inquiries, and Mark who takes care of the servicing of my watches as well as ordering additional straps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in today after extensive research online and was looking to make a purchase in-store. Unfortunately, I was immediately profiled as a bad sales lead by very rude gentleman working at the store. He seemed annoyed, reluctantly answered my questions, and then dispassionately informed me of the price the watch I was considering in quite a condescending tone. I expected more from a brand like Omega. I ended up buying it from another store.
UPDATE: I've been contacted by customer service and have been really impressed with how they've handled my experience. I'm still enjoying my new watch.
