★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up at 9:55am on Sunday morning, 5 minutes early. Can you guys replace tube? PS Fat tired ebike that they didn't sell me and maybe hadn't even seen before, got a text at 1030 bike repair complete! Under $25 tax incl. The employees were friendly,helpful and free of any attitude whatsoever. Changed the trajectory of my day totally. Cheers Mike

Mark was very courteous and helpful answering questions about E-bikes.
As well as store incentives and such.

They gave me a cost estimate and stuck with it so there was no surprises when it came time to pick up the bike. Would highly recommend bringing you bike here to be serviced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had an awesome experience with Alexa when we arrived looking for bikes and accessories. I'd not ridden in over a decade and she helped me find a bike that would fit what I was looking for. She said it was wise to have the seat lower initially to build my confidence then raise it to take the strain off my knees. She didn't try to upsell us which I greatly appreciated. She really listened to our needs and found everything we needed, plus gave us each a free water bottle and a 15% discount! To top it off, she lifted the bike off the high rack by herself...one very strong woman! I highly recommend buying your bike from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near closing on a Saturday and I showed up with a flat back tire. Thought I would have to leave my bike overnight but no, they were on it fast and I was back on the road in minutes. Great staff, friendly and very helpful. Great experience every time I set foot in the door. Awesome!

I've been so happy with the experience that I dropped off my old bike for a tune up too. Thanks to all the staff. Definitely found my new bike shop in Victoria :)
